Don’t be deceived by the name. ‘Healthy’, here simply means ‘without sugar, preservatives, and other icky stuff’. I don’t remember exactly how I discovered how to make this, but once I did it was a classic. Use it for Hot Chocolate, Chocolate Milk, and Ombre Mocha. It is really simple, and totally delicious. Once refrigerated, it gets hard like coconut oil, but it does melt easily at room temperature. Use more Agave for a more liquid-like mixture. Really, you can mess around with the ingredients to get just the consistency and flavor you want. This is just a baseline 🙂

Melt coconut oil. Add cocoa and agave. Enjoy!
