Now, I could have called this “Sugar-free Hot Chocolate”, and that would have been just as accurate. However, “sugar-free” is a term that generally turns people off to whatever it is applied. But this hot chocolate is made with my special Healthy Chocolate Syrup, and it is really good. Even better for the fact that it is guilt-free. As a general rule, the better quality coconut oil you use for the Syrup, the more the coconut flavor will come out, so use whatever quality at your discretion. The coconut flavor is not at all bad in hot chocolate! You can use this recipe for chocolate milk, as well, just skip the heating step.
