Sometimes, you need the straight-up stuff. Sometimes, you need the comforting combo of peanut butter, chocolate, and coffee. Sometimes you need to find something delicious on which to put it, because, if you don’t…you might just eat it off your fingers. Not that anyone’s judging.
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp butter
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp coffee (chilled or warm, optional)
Melt butter and chocolate chips in microwave (1 min). Stir until smooth. Add peanut butter, cinnamon, and/ or coffee (if desired). Enjoy over ice-cream or fruit.
