It’s official. I’m going on the Naughty List this year. I’m breaking your New Year’s Resolutions and presenting you with a four-ingredient, ridiculously easy truffle recipe. Should I mention that the truffles are Biscoff covered in chocolate topped with sea salt? No…probably not.
Sorry…not sorry. Really, I ask you, it’s hard enough maintaining a food blog in the first place, and then your oven has to go and decide that 13 years of life is enough? Done with baking. Done. Not cool oven, not cool. I mean you’re not hot and that’s not cool.
Santa, don’t be mad at me for aiding and abetting broken resolutions…please? I’ll bring you cookies. Or truffles. Yep. Truffles. Definitely Nice.
8 oz. cream cheese
7 oz. Biscoff cookie spread
1/4 c. powdered sugar
Chocolate (for dipping) 1-2 cups
Sea salt (-optional-for sprinkling)
Crushed Biscoff cookies (-optional-for sprinkling)
Whip together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add biscoff and mix until completely combined and smooth.
