I just have three words for you, friends: quick, healthy, delicious.
This mocha only requires four ingredients and the method is simple. You could be done in 3 minutes, you could drink it hot or cold, and you could add whatever sort of flavoring your heart desires. Like strawberry. Coconut. Almond. The possibilities are infinite.
Healthy. This mocha is sugar-free. No chemicals, no preservatives, no fat, very sneaky. Much health.
Of course it’s delicious, because if it weren’t I wouldn’t ask you to try it! Please give it a shot…of whiskey! Wait what? I can’t do that. I didn’t do that. Well this is awkward. Hey look at that moving thing!
If you so desire to add bourbon to your beverage, you may be certain I will not pass judgement upon you. I hear it’s awesome. I will have to wait a while to see 🙂
1/3 c. cocoa powder
1 c. maple syrup
3 c. strong brewed coffee, still warm
Mix together the cocoa powder and maple syrup until thick, smooth, and shiny. Blend with coffee (you can shake it together in a jar or, as I like to do, in the blender.) Add desired amount of milk.
Makes about 8-10 mochas, depending on your preferences for coffee/milk ratio.
