Fancy Pants Friday!!!

All the flavors of fall, in a creamy cold drink because let’s be honest, nobody told September it wasn’t invited to the hot party. So it’s still plenty warm.

It is getting cooler, though, and I cannot say with any degree of truth that I am very sorry for it. I love love love pretty much everything about fall.

Gingerbread Frappuccino

Ingredients:

1/4 t. cinnamon

1/8 t. allspice

1/8 t. cloves

1/8 t. ground ginger

1 T. molasses

2 T. maple syrup

1 T. chia (optional, but it makes it thick and kicks up the nutrition!)

1 c. preferred milk

1 c. cold coffee

1 c. ice (add or subtract according to preference)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

    1. It CAN, but I’m not sure it would be the same…a frappuccino is essentially frozen coffee and some other flavor. You can sub milk though if you really don’t like coffee.
